Terms and conditions

1. Seller

Products on rkrack.com are sold by Individual entrepreneur (FOP) Serhii Koshovyi (single tax payer), tax ID 3052010193. Address: 17 Yevropeiska St., Dnipro, Ukraine (“Seify Dveri Vikna” store). By placing an order the buyer accepts these terms. They constitute a public offer under Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine; the contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order.

2. Products and prices

We sell accessories for gun safes and gun rooms: barrel rests and cradles (PE foam, foam, EVA), pistol stands, 3D-printed PETG products — shelves, ammo trays, magazine and cleaning-rod holders.

Most products are made to the parameters the buyer sets in a generator (slots, sizes, mounting). The price is calculated automatically and shown before checkout. Prices are in UAH and include manufacturing and packaging.

Images and 3D models are illustrative; material colour may differ slightly from the screen.

3. Ordering

The buyer configures a product, adds it to the cart and checks out with name, phone and Nova Poshta branch.

Our manager contacts the buyer within one business day to confirm. For custom-size products the manager may clarify the parameters before production.

4. Payment methods

Online by Visa / Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay via the WayForPay payment service. Card data is processed by the payment service; the seller does not receive or store it.

Bank transfer to the seller's account against an invoice (for companies).

Nova Poshta cash on delivery — payment on receipt (not available for custom-size products).

Custom-size products (the “custom size” mode) and custom orders from photos / drawings are made after 100 % prepayment only.

5. Lead time

Typical lead time is 1–5 business days after order confirmation (for prepaid orders — after payment is received). For large batches and custom orders the lead time is agreed with the manager.

6. Delivery

Delivery across Ukraine by Nova Poshta (branch, parcel locker or courier). Orders from 1000 UAH ship free (paid by the seller). Below 1000 UAH the recipient pays the carrier's rates.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 days after dispatch; the tracking number is sent after shipping.

On receipt check the packaging and contents; report any damage at the carrier's branch and to the seller.

7. Warranty and quality

The seller guarantees the product matches the parameters confirmed in the order. In case of a manufacturing defect or mismatch the seller remakes the product free of charge or refunds the payment (see “Refund policy”).

8. Personal data

Name, phone, delivery address and photos are used only to fulfil the order and contact the buyer in line with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”, and are not shared with third parties except the carrier and the payment service as needed for delivery and payment.

9. Other

Matters not covered here are governed by the laws of Ukraine, including the Law “On Consumer Rights Protection”. The seller may amend these terms; an order is governed by the version in force when it was placed.
