Refund and cancellation policy

1. Order cancellation

The buyer may cancel an order free of charge before production starts — by phone, Telegram or e-mail. Any payment is refunded in full.

Once production of a custom-size product has started, cancellation is possible only by agreement with the seller, as such a product cannot be sold to another buyer.

2. Returning products of proper quality

Standard-configuration products (not “custom size”) of proper quality can be returned within 14 days of receipt if unused, with presentation and packaging intact. Return shipping is paid by the buyer.

Products made to the buyer's individual sizes or parameters (“custom size” mode, custom orders from photos / drawings) cannot be returned or exchanged as goods of proper quality under Ukrainian consumer protection law.

3. Defects or mismatch

If a product has a manufacturing defect or does not match the confirmed parameters, notify us within 14 days of receipt with photos. At the buyer's choice the seller remakes the product free of charge or refunds the payment; shipping both ways is paid by the seller.

4. Refund procedure and timing

To request a refund e-mail [email protected] or call +380 99 424 15 16 with your order number.

Refunds are made within 7 banking days of the refund being agreed (for returns — of the seller receiving the product), by the original payment method:

• online card payment — back to the same card via WayForPay (transaction reversal or refund); crediting time depends on the card issuer, usually up to 30 days;

• bank transfer against an invoice — to the payer's account;

• cash on delivery — to a card or account provided by the buyer.
